Cash in

Know where every contract stands.

Load each contract once. FullBoat tracks every invoice and change order against it, tells you before a line runs out, and follows up on overdue invoices for you.

Works with QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Sage Intacct. Paying vendors on contracts too? See Cash out

The FullBoat dashboard for money coming in: contract value, consumed, remaining, projects near their limit and clients paying later than they used to.

Three places money leaks.

Before you sign

A contract's total doesn't match its line items. FullBoat checks the draft, so the gap is a conversation now, not a write off later.

While you deliver

The work runs past what was sold and nobody raises the change order. FullBoat tells you while there's still time.

When it's due

Invoices go overdue because nobody has time to chase them. Retriever follows up for you.

Every line, on every contract.

Open a project and you see each line on it: the hours or units sold, the rate, what's been billed and what's left. When a line is close to running out, you'll know.

A project in FullBoat: contract value, consumed and remaining, with every line showing its quantity, rate, units billed and units left.

Raise the change order in time.

Pick a threshold, say 75 percent. When a project or a single line crosses it, the right people hear about it that day. Start the change order from there: raise or lower a line, add one, or push the end date out without changing the amount.

FullBoat alerts: projects and lines that crossed their threshold, each with a button to start a change order.
FullBoat reconciliations: contracts and change orders whose stated total didn't match their line items, and how each was settled.

Catch the contract that doesn't add up.

Drop in a draft before you sign. FullBoat checks the stated total against the line items and shows you the gap. Contracts and change orders that didn't match are kept on a report, so nothing slips through quietly.

Retriever

It chases overdue invoices so your team doesn't have to.

Retriever writes to the person who owns the work, in your rep's name, and reads every reply. You only hear from it when a person is needed.

Day 1, 7, 14

A friendly reminder, a request for a payment date, and a short follow up.

Day 21

A statement of account to their accounts payable.

Day 30

A final notice, and only after you approve it.

Replies

A promise pauses it. A dispute stops it and comes to you. "We already paid" is checked in your books.

Retriever in FullBoat: what's overdue, and the conversations that need a person, each with one thing to do.

See how each client really pays.

Every paid invoice tells FullBoat how late a client tends to pay, and whether it's getting better or worse. Your cash forecast uses it, so expected cash lands on the dates it will actually arrive.

A client page in FullBoat: how many days late they pay, the trend, promises kept, and their open invoices.

Built for everyone who touches the contract.

Owners and CFOs. Every contract, change order and payment rolls up to what each client relationship is actually worth.

Delivery and project leads. What's used, what's left, and the change order that needs raising.

Finance and receivables. Overdue invoices followed up, and a forecast built on real payment dates.

Sales leaders. Commission paid on cash collected, not on bookings, if you want it.

Groups of companies. Several clients that belong to one parent roll up together.

Read only, and on record. FullBoat never writes to your books, and every change is on a tamper evident audit log.

Questions

How long does it take to set up?

It connects to your accounting system read only and can be live in an afternoon. Start with one contract.

Does AI write the follow up emails?

No. Every email is a reviewed template sent in your rep's name. AI only sorts the replies, and anything it isn't sure about comes to you.

Which accounting systems does it work with?

QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Sage Intacct. NetSuite is a custom build.

Can we use Cash in and Cash out together?

Yes, in one workspace, with access set for each side. See Cash out.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $500 a month, and your tier is based on annual contract revenue when you sign. Retriever is an add on. See pricing.
