# FullBoat

> FullBoat gives businesses that run on contracts one live view of every contract: consumed, remaining, receivable, payable, and the cash ahead, on top of the accounting software they already use. It reads a contract into line items, then every invoice, change order, and payment draws against that ceiling, live, so finance and delivery read the same numbers. Built by Proctored LLC. ## What it is
A contract value, consumption, and cash tracker. FullBoat parses a contract or statement of work into line items, each with its own ceiling, then tracks what is consumed, remaining, receivable, and payable against it in real time. The alert fires the day a project crosses its threshold, while a change order still works.

## Who it is for
Any business that bills or pays against contracts, on QuickBooks or Zoho Books. It fits agencies, consultancies, professional services, construction, life sciences, legal, and software firms, and any company that manages work and money against a contract. The pain is sharpest where margin is the business and the finance team is small.

## What it does
- Parse a contract into line items, each with its own contract value ceiling
- Track consumption against every contract, live, synced from your accounting
- Change order alerts: get flagged the day a project crosses its line
- Raise a change order that lifts the ceiling in one step, with the trail intact
- Receivables and payables, aged by client or vendor
- Cash forecast on the same net terms your receivables use, so the two always agree
- Commission on collected cash, at a rate per product, with a full payout ledger (optional, off by default)
- Works in reverse for money you pay out, watching spend against a vendor scope or purchase order

## Security
Workspace isolation enforced on every database query and verified by an automated test suite, encryption in transit and at rest, OAuth tokens encrypted with AES 256 GCM, and a tamper evident, hash chained audit log where any change to the record is detectable. Role based access with instant lockout on deactivation.
